Smashed Potatoes

Cut potatoes into roast potato-sized pieces.

Mix 1 tsp oregano, 1½ tsp onion powder, 1½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 3 scrunches of pepper, 2 rosemary sprigs (or 2½ tsp jarred rosemary), 4 crushed garlic cloves, ¼ tsp chilli flakes, and 3 tbsp olive oil in a bowl.Add 2 tsp baking powder to boiling water, then boil the potatoes for 20 mins.

Toss the potatoes in the seasoning, spread onto a tray, and smash lightly with the bottom of a glass.

Roast at 200°C for 30 mins and finish with salt.
