Cucumber Salad

Thinly slice 1 cucumber using a mandolin or sharp knife.

Add 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, a good pinch of salt, ¼ tsp brown sugar, and 2 tbsp soy sauce.

Mix well until the cucumber is evenly coated.

Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
