Mix 500g lamb mince, ½ finely diced onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1.5 tbsp cumin, 1.5 tbsp fresh mint, 1.5 tbsp fresh parsley, and 1 tsp salt.
Shape into koftas and barbecue or air fry until cooked through.
Serve with soured cream mixed with diced cucumber and mint.
Great with sourdough discard flatbreads.
