Mix ½ cup wholemeal flour, ½ cup white flour, a pinch of salt, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ cup milk, 2 tsp oil, and ½ cup sourdough starter into a dough.
Knead for 3–4 mins, then rest for 30 mins.
Split into 3-4 balls and stretch out by hand.
Heat a pan to 7. Oil one side of each flatbread and place oil-side down. Oil the top once in the pan.
Cook for 1 minute, flip, then cook for another 30 seconds.
