Crispy chicken thighs

Season chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place into a cold pan on heat 6 and cook for 15–20 mins until deeply golden underneath. Flip and brown the other side.

Add 2–4 crushed garlic cloves, lemon, and thyme.

Transfer to a 190°C oven for 15 mins.

Use the juices for gravy if you like.
